How do I track the status of my order?

Learn how to track your order shipments from US LED.

  • US LED Shipment Notifications will be sent to the customer's email address on file, referencing the sales order number, shipping address, and the customer PO. Shipment notifications will also provide the ship date, service used, and available tracking information.
  • For smaller shipments, tracking is provided by FedEx. To track orders, please click the link in your US LED shipment notification or visit: https://www.fedex.com/en-us/tracking.html.
  • For LTL, truckload, or expedited freight shipments, tracking is provided by Priority1. To track orders, please visit: https://www.priority1.com/track-a-shipment/ and enter the BOL number.
